1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and fk776 Gaming Corporation ("fk776", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fk776.cam and all associated subdomains and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The fk776 Platform is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR for operation within the Philippines. You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. 2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on fk776, you must:

Where duplicate accounts are identified, fk776 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or promotional winnings obtained through duplicate accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Pursuant to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, fk776 is required to verify the identity of all registered players. 3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fk776 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your fk776 account.

fk776 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fk776 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven cash-in services. 4.2 Deposits

All deposits to your fk776 account must be made using payment instruments registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. fk776 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. Deposits reflect in your fk776 account wallet within the timeframes specified on the deposit page, typically within seconds for GCash and Maya transactions.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods and accounts registered in the name of the verified fk776 account holder. fk776 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for amounts within standard thresholds. Larger amounts may be subject to additional review and may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the fk776 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. fk776 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

fk776 may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms, the following general rules apply to all fk776 bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded once per eligible player and are non-transferable;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk776 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC):

• Registering as a minor or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating more than one fk776 account, whether individually or in coordination with others;
• Using fk776 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or unauthorized third-party payment sources;
• Engaging in collusion with other players during multiplayer games;
• Using software, tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any fk776 game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain — any winnings resulting from exploited errors are void;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with fk776's technical infrastructure;
• Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits with the intent to retain associated winnings;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward fk776 staff or other players.

7 Game Rules, Fairness & RNG Certification

All games made available on the fk776 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure genuinely random and fair game outcomes.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The fk776 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. fk776 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fk776 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical downtime.

fk776's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fk776 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

fk776's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a fk776 account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

fk776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your fk776 account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a relevant regulatory authority;
• Suspected underage use of the Platform;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Any other reason fk776 determines is reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your fk776 account for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable charges.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fk776 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All amendments will be effective immediately upon publication at fk776.cam/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

fk776 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and fk776, you are encouraged to first contact fk776 customer support in an attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, whose decision shall be binding on both parties with respect to gaming-related disputes covered by fk776's PAGCOR authorization.

Any disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
